From feeding and clothing people, to providing English lessons and school supplies, we strive to provide a hand-up to those in need.
Good Food Box
We partner with Community Kitchen to provide fresh produce at an affordable price.
Bethany is a depot for the boxes so we collect payment for the orders, place an order with Community Kitchen, and then you pick up your box at the church.
Community Pantry
Many families and individuals access the pantry in their time of need. We are so grateful to the Bethany family for their generous support of this practical way to show God’s love.
Threads
We partner with the City of Calgary with a unit in the community of Lincoln Park. This is where our Threads clothing store is located (36 Lincoln Way SW).
Thanks to the generous donations of clean and gently-used clothing from Bethany families, we are able to offer clothing for adults and children in the community for a small fee.
ELL
We are thankful to have a group of volunteers who lead our English Language Learners on Tuesdays.

We are thankful for the following partnerships that we have, allowing us to have an even greater impact on the community around us.
- Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids – this partnership allows us to purchase food to supplement children’s lunches.
- I Can for Kids – this program provides gift cards to families with children, giving parents the option to purchase what they may be in need of.
- Calgary Housing – this partnership allows us a space to use in the Lincoln Park area to connect with community families, and to have access to more resources to help families in need.
